New orders in German construction up 15 percent in Nov from Oct

In November last year, the total price-adjusted value of new orders in the overall German construction industry increased by 15 percent month on month, which was the highest month-on-month growth rate in November since 1991, and increased by 18.6 compared to November 2014, as reported by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis).
 
In November last year, the total turnover in the overall German construction industry rose by 3.4 percent year on year and increased by 3.7 percent month on month.
 
Meanwhile, in the first 11 months of 2015 the total price-adjusted value of new orders in the overall German construction industry increased by 2.5 percent on year-on-year basis. In the month in question, the total turnover in the overall German construction industry increased by 0.8 percent year on year.
