NBS: China’s overall rail freight volume up 15.29 percent in Q1

China's National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has announced that in March this year the overall freight volume transported on China’s railways amounted to 254 million mt, up 16.3 percent year on year.
In the January-March period of the current year, the overall freight volume transported on China’s railways amounted to 724 million mt, up 15.29 percent year on year.
