Nanjing Steel hikes prices by RMB 150/mt

SteelOrbis Shanghai On January 29, Jiangsu Province-based Nanjing Steel announced ex-factory price increases for some products. The details are as follows: 1. The boiler plate price has been hiked RMB 150/mt ($13/mt), with the price of 20g 14-20 mm now at RMB 4,560/mt ($587/mt). 2. The container plate price has risen RMB 150/mt ($13/mt). As a result, the price of 16MnR 12-20mm has increased to RMB 4610/mt ($593/mt). All the above prices include 17 percent VAT and are effective as of January 29.
