Australia's Monadelphous Group Ltd. disclosed that it has signed A$180 million construction contract with BHP Billiton. The contract involves structural and mechanical work near BHP Billiton's Port Headland iron ore export facilities and the work is expected to complete in 20 months. The structural and mechanical work will revamp existing port facilities at Port Headland to handle increased production capacity on the back of BHP Billiton's iron ore mine expansions.
