MOC: Average finished steel price in China down 0.2 percent

On November 18, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) announced that during last week (November 10-16) the overall average finished steel price in China declined by 0.2 percent week on week.
 
In the given week, the average prices of cold rolled common sheet and welded pipe in China respectively declined by 0.5 percent and 0.4 percent week on week.
 
In the same week, the average price of non-ferrous metals in China remained stable compared to the previous week. The average price of nickel (Ni >= 99.2%) rose by 1.5 percent week on week.
 
In addition, in the week in question, the average price of coal in China declined by 0.1 percent week on week. In particular, the average prices of both coking coal and anthracite coal decreased by 0.2 percent, while thermal coal prices remained unchanged, all week on week.
