MMK's steel product shipments up 2.45% in January-April

Russian steel producer Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has stated that in January-April this year it shipped around 3.55 million mt of steel products by rail to Russian and foreign customers, up 2.45 percent compared to the same period of last year.

2.33 million mt of shipments went to the domestic market, up 2.6 percent, while export shipments totaled 1.2 million mt, increasing by 2.2 percent, both year on year.
