MMK to build new plant in India

It has been reported that the governance of Orissa province, India, allocated the territory to Russian Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Company (MMK) to build steel plant. The worth of the project is approximately $10 billion. The representatives of MMK commented, ’We have not reached any firm agreement yet, we are only evaluating the allocated territories.'
