The Russian steelmaker Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) has issued its US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) results for the first nine months of 2007.
Accordingly, during the period in question, MMK registered a 32.31 percent increase in its revenue to $6.15 billion, a 24.88 percent rise in its operational profit to $1.622 billion, and a 30.31 percent climb in its net profit to $1.393 billion.
MMK's EBITDA rose by 25.85 percent year on year to $1.821 billion in the first nine months of 2007.
