Mittal to ink agreement to purchase Valin shares

Mittal Steel's CEO will travel to Chagsha in China's Hunan province to sign on Monday (October 17) the agreement for Mittal Steel Company to purchase a 36.67 percent stake in Valin Iron and Steel Group. Sources report that after signing the agreement, Mittal's CEO will leave for Beijing to have a meeting with government officials on October 18.
