Metinvest stops BF No. 4 at Ilyich for overhaul

Ukraine's largest steel and mining group Metinvest has stopped the blast furnace (BF) No. 4 at its subsidiary Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol for capital repairs. It is scheduled to complete the upgrade of equipment on July 6 and the blowing in of the blast furnace on July 7.

The capital repairs include replacement of loading equipment and of pipes of the water-cooling system.
