Metalloinvest and ChTPZ ink long-term supply agreement

The Russian mining and steel producing company Metalloinvest Holding has announced the conclusion of a long-term agreement with the fellow pipe producer Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant (ChTPZ) for supplies of strips and tube billets.

According to the agreement, Ural Steel, steel producing subsidiary of Metalloinvest, will supply ChTPZ with the products in question starting from August 2008 and continuing up to March 2009. The volume of supplies totals 60,000 mt per month.

The agreement entails mutual beneficial cooperation between the companies and will afford ChTPZ an opportunity for stable purchases of high quality steel products.
