Malaysian metal product output up 15.3 percent in October

According to the data released by Malaysian National Statistics Office, the manufacturing output in October this year increased 6.2 percent compared to October 2010 and up two percent compared to the previous month of 2011. The growth for the first 10 months of 2011 was 4.7 percent as compared with January-October 2010.

In Malaysia, basic metal and fabricated metal products increased by 15.3 percent in October this year compared to October 2010.
