Malaysia imposes AD duty on certain HRC imports

Malaysia has imposed a preliminary antidumping (AD) duty on hot rolled coil imports from China, Indonesia and South Korea, according to the country's official gazette.

The preliminary antidumping duty for the abovementioned countries ranges between 3.15 percent and 29.37 percent. The final determination in the antidumping duty investigation will be made within the time period of 120 days as of October 17.

The products subject to preliminary antidumping duties currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7208.36.000, 7208.37.000, 7208.38.000, 7208.39.200, 7208.39.900, 7225.30.000, 7208.10.000, 7208.25.000, 7208.26.000 and 7208.27.000.
