Australia-based miner Legacy Iron Ore Limited has announced that it has received, signed and executed transfer forms from its joint venture partner Australian mineral exploration company Hawthorn Resources Ltd, in relation to its 60 percent interest in the Mt Bevan Iron Ore Project.

The transfer follows completion of the required $3.5 million of exploration investment by Legacy Iron at Mt Bevan, according to the joint venture agreement between the two parties.

Finalizing the transfer agreement is a significant milestone for Legacy Iron as the company continues its exploration program in the central Yilgarn region of Western Australia.
