Laigang Yongfeng conducts overhaul of two wire rod lines

China-based steel producer Shandong Laigang Yongfeng, a subsidiary of Shandong Laiwu Steel Group, started maintenance works on two wire rod production lines on February 10, according to industry sources.

The timeline for the resumption of production has yet to be decided. The maintenance work is expected to cut the steelmaker's coiled bar output by 4,000 mt per day.
