This first DRI module, which has an annual capacity of 800,000 metric tons, was commissioned in the last week of December 2009, as SteelOrbis previously reported.

The second DRI module, which is currently under construction and which will also have an annual capacity of 800,000 mt, will come on stream in the next few months.
