Khartsyzsk Pipe Works issues Jan-Sept production results

The Ukrainian iron ore and steel producer Metinvest Holding (Metinvest) has announced the production results for the first nine months of 2008 of its subsidiary Khartsyzsk Pipe Works (KhPW).

Accordingly, during the period in question, KhPW's large diameter pipe production increased by 54.2 percent year on year to 436,171 mt. Of this figure, pipes with anticorrosive coating accounted for 400,562 mt, showing a rise of 51.53 percent compared to the same period of last year.
