Kazakhstan intends to invest $4.14 billion in its coal industry up to 2020

Kazakhstan's Ministry of Industry and New Technologies intends to invest $4.14 billion in the development of the country's coal industry up to 2020.
According to the ministry, the investment will be directed towards the increase of the country's coal production to 145 million mt by 2020.
