Turkish steel producer
Kardemir has announced that its subsidiary Karçel A.S has signed an agreement in principle with Turkish contractor TEKAR-Teknik Arastirma Tic. Limited to manufacture 10 steel bridges for the construction of the Shurabad-Shagon part of the Kulyab Kalaikhumb road to be built in the Republic of
Tajikistan. The contract worth $4.67 million will be signed in Dushanbe.
Established in 1998 by
Kardemir which holds 99.9 percent of shares, Karcel manufactures steel construction materials.
