JSW Steel sees one percent growth in crude steel output in January

JSW Steel, one of the largest Indian steelmakers, produced 1.12 million mt of crude steel in January of the financial year 2014-2015, showing a growth of one percent compared to the same month of the previous financial year. According to the company's statement, in January this year JSW Steel produced 907,000 mt of flat rolled products, increasing by nine percent compared to the same month of the previous financial year, while its long rolled product output amounted to 176,000 mt, increasing by four percent year on year.
