Jobs in German metal manufacture down slightly in Feb

At the end of February this year, the number of employees in metal production and processing in Germany declined by 0.3 percent year on year to around 239,000, according to Germany's Federal Statistical Office (Destatis). Meanwhile, as of the end of February employment in the manufacture of metal products in Germany indicated an increase of 0.3 percent year on year to 501,000.
