Zhejiang Province-based Chinese pipemaker Jinzhou Pipe Co. recently succeeded in developing X80 grade (L555MB) large diameter SSAW (spiral submerged arc welded) steel pipe with diameter of 1,219 mm and thickness of 18.4 mm.
Currently, Jinzhou Pipe has six production lines for manufacturing SSAW steel pipe, with an overall annual capacity of 250,000 mt.
