China's Hebei Province-based steelmaker Jinxi Steel recently passed an on-the-spot inspection for Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) certification, thus successfully completing all examinations for JIS-mark certification.

From December 11 to December 13, two experts from the Korea Standards Association (KSA) conducted a strict on-the-spot inspection at Jinxi Steel based on JISG3101 standard. The inspection found that material management, equipment management, process management, product management and all other procedures are in accordance with JIS certification standard.
