JFE Steel to increase seamless pipe production

Japanese steelmaker JFE Steel announced plans to increase production capacity of 13 percent chrome steel seamless tubes by 30 percent to 120,000 tons with an investment of around Yen 10 billion ($87.1 million). The company will increase the output of subject merchandise in an effort to meet rising demand for the product.
