ITC institutes sunset reviews for silicomanganese from three countries

In line with a Federal Register notice released today, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct full five-year reviews (“sunset”) concerning the antidumping duty orders on imports of silicomanganese from Brazil, China, and Ukraine. The ITC will use the sunset reviews to determine whether the revocation of the orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the ITC's decision by February 22, 2006.
