ITC initiates sunset reviews for silicon metal from Brazil and China

In line with a Federal Register notice released today, the US International Trade Commission (ITC) will conduct five-year reviews concerning the antidumping duty orders on silicon metal imported from Brazil and China. The ITC will use the reviews to determine whether the revocation of the orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments on the ITC's decision by February 22, 2006.
