ITC initiates reviews for SS flanges from India and Taiwan
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) issued a notice that it had instituted reviews to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges from India and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury for US domestic industries. Interested parties are requested to submit their comments by August 22, 2005.
