ITC determination on SS wire rod imported from six countries

US International Trade Commission (ITC) has recently announced that it determined that revocation of the anti-dumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rod imported from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain, Sweden and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US industry. The decision of ITC is based on the reviews instituted on August 1, 2003. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, ITC determined to conduct full five-year reviews (sunset review) regarding the anti-damping duties on November 4, 2003.
