The US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty orders on welded stainless steel pipes imported from South Korea and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. As a result of both the ITC's decision and the Department of Commerce's (DOC) affirmative findings, the existing orders on imports of welded stainless steel pipes from South Korea and Taiwan will remain in place.
