ITC decision on AD, CVD duties on iron construction castings

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) yesterday determined that revocation of the existing countervailing and antidumping duty orders on iron construction castings imported from Brazil, Canada, and China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. As a result of the ITC's decision and the Department of Commerce's (DOC) affirmative findings, the existing orders on imports of iron construction castings will remain in effect.
