Italy's crude steel output down 11.4 percent in June

In June this year, Italian crude steel output decreased by 11.4 percent year on year to 1.920 million metric tons, while in the first six months of the year the output figure amounted to 11.719 million mt, down 10.6 percent year on year, according to the figures released by the Italian steel producers association Federacciai.

Italian crude steel output in June of the current year was also lower compared to the crude steel outputs of 2.631 million mt in June 2011, 2.439 million mt in June 2012 and 2.193 million mt in June 2013.
