Italy’s Lucchini appoints new CEO and board of directors

A new CEO and board of directors of Italian steel producer Lucchini S.p.A. was officially announced at a meeting of shareholders of the company held in Milan, today, June 6.   
Accordingly, the new CEO of Lucchini is Francesco Chindemi, while the new board of directors includes Giuliano Mari (president), Maurizio Ria (CRO), Fausto Azzi (CFO) and Carlo Simeone (vice president).
