Ilyich completes capital repairs of agglomerating machine No. 4

Ukrainian steelmaker Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol, a subsidiary of Ukrainian steel group Metinvest, has completed capital repairs of its agglomerating machine No. 4 and started recommissioning works.


The repair work included the modernization of the agglomerating machine's furnace and the switch to an automatic control system.


The capital repair of agglomerating machine No. 11 is scheduled for October-November this year.
