Home sales in Turkey up three percent in 2012

In the fourth quarter of last year, home sales in Turkey increased by 21.5 percent as compared to the previous quarter and were up 5.8 percent year on year, with 125,815 houses sold, according to the data provided by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).

In the whole of 2012, home sales in Turkey increased three percent as compared to the previous year, amounting to 431,485 houses.
