Highveld sells its shares in Columbus and Acerinox

South Africa's Highveld Steel and Vanadium sold its shares in Columbus Stainless and Acerinox, sources report. Highveld sold its 12% share in Columbus Stainless Ltd and its 1.45% share in Acerinox to Acerinox S.A for a total of €91.4 million. The company officials stated that they decided to sell shares in the abovementioned companies since they are not Highveld's core business.
