Hebei’s finished steel exports to One Belt, One Road area up 81.3% in Jan-Sept

In the January-September period of the current year, China’s Hebei Province exported 11.32 million mt of finished steel to countries in the One Belt, One Road area, up 81.3 percent, with a total value of $28.6 billion, rising by 29.4 percent, both year on year, as announced by Shijiazhuang customs authorities.

In the January-September period of the current year, Hebei’s export volumes of steel bars and steel plates amounted to 6.818 million mt and 3.08 million mt, increasing by 1.3 times and by 72.9 percent year on year, respectively.
