Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group has announced that in the first quarter this year its sales division sold 865,600 mt of finished steel for use in key projects in China, equivalent to 27.48 percent of its annual target for finished steel sales to key domestic projects.
In the first quarter, Hebei Steel Group supplied finished steel to 51 key domestic projects, while it will supply finished steel products to a further 31 key domestic projects within the current year.
