Hebei Steel Group inks strategic cooperation agreement with 41 companies

Chinese steel giant Hebei Steel Group has announced that on March 13 it inked strategic cooperation agreements in Beijing with 41 companies, including China Minmetals, China Railway Materials Import & Export Co., and Sinosteel Group.

Accordingly, in the current year Hebei Steel Group will supply a total of 8.18 million mt of its steel products to the companies in question, accounting for 23.57 percent of its sales target for the given year. Wang Yifang, president and general manager of Hebei Steel Group, stated that the cooperation with these companies will further enlarge its market share among high-end customers.
