Hebei, Shandong and Guangxi complete elimination of outdated capacities

The provinces of Hebei and Shandong as well as the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China have announced that they have successfully completed the elimination of outdated capacities, including outdated steel production capacities, as had been requested by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).

On August 8 this year, the MIIT had issued lists of enterprises in China which were requested to eliminate outdated production capacities by the end of September.
