Hansteel issues ex-works prices for Nov 8-Nov 17

On November 8, Hebei Province-based Hansteel announced the following ex-works prices, effective from November 8 to November 17:

1. Wire rod prices have increased by RMB 70/mt ($10/mt) from eleven days previous. For common carbon high speed wire rod, the price of 6.5 mm Q235 is now at RMB 3,620/mt ($530/mt).

2. Rebar prices have decreased by RMB 40/mt ($5/mt) from eleven days previous. The price of 16-25 mm HRB 335 is now at RMB 3,840/mt ($563/mt).

3. Round bar prices have decreased by RMB 40/mt ($5/mt). The price of 16-25mm Q235 is at RMB 3,880/mt ($568/mt).

3. Common carbon plate prices have decreased by RMB 200/mt ($29/mt) from eleven days before. Thus, the prices of 14-25 mm Q235B now stand at RMB 3,550/mt ($520/mt).

4. Angle prices have decreased by RMB 190/mt ($27/mt) over the same period and so the price of #7-9 Q235 is at RMB 3,580/mt ($524/mt).

6. Channel prices have decreased by RMB 190/mt ($27/mt). As a result, the price of #8-10 Q235 is at RMB 3,610/mt ($529/mt)


All the prices above include 17 percent VAT.
