Hangzhou Steel announces RMB 186 million profit

Hangzhou Iron & Steel Co. (Hangzhou Steel) has announced that its sales revenue for the first half of 2007 reached RMB 7.36 billion ($969.7 million), up 14.52 percent from the same period of last year. Meanwhile, net profit of the company reached RMB 186 million ($ 24.5 million). Due to these results, RMB 0.29 ($0.038) earnings per share have been achieved.
