Green light for Marcegaglia’s acquisition of stainless steel pipe producer Alfinox

Italian steel giant Marcegaglia Group has been authorized by Italian regulatory authorities to acquire, through its subsidiary Newco, the locally-based stainless steel pipe producer Alfinox.

The Italian regulatory authorities resolved that the acquisition in question does not constitute a risk for fair trade, and thus gave its approval.
