Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Fujian Sangang (Group) Co., Ltd has announced that in October this year its two high-speed wire rod production lines produced 145,000 mt of high-speed wire rod, up 20.8 percent compared with September.
In particular, in October the first high-speed wire rod production line produced 67,459 mt, up 5.4 percent, while the second high-speed wire rod production line produced 78,305 mt, up 39.8 percent, both month on month. Output of the second high-speed wire rod line had been negatively impacted by eight days of capital repair works in September.
