Final results of sunset reviews on steel flanges from two countries

On July 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on forged stainless steel flanges imported from India and Taiwan. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted expedited (120-day) sunset reviews. As a result of these reviews, the DOC determined that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The dumping margins for the two countries are as follows:
