Final results of CVD review on structural steel beams from South Korea
On May 2, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of countervailing duty order on structural steel beams imported from South Korea. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted an expedited (120-day) sunset review. As a result of this review, the DOC determined that the revocation of the countervailing duty order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy at the levels indicated below:
