Final results of AD review on WR from Trinidad &Tobago

On October 29, 2002, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published an antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Trinidad & Tobago. Upon the request of petitioners, the DOC, on November 28, 2003, initiated an administrative review of the duty order. The period of review was April 10, 2002, through September 30, 2003. The DOC preliminarily determined that the duty margin for Caribbean Ispat Limited was 3.45%, while the duty margin for imports from other producers in Trinidad &Tobago was 12.38%. After analyzing the comments of the preliminary results, the DOC decided to make changes in the final results. The following weighted-average margin exists for the period of April 10, 2002, through September 30, 2003:
