Final results of AD review on wire rod imported from Brazil
On November 8, 2004, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from Brazil. The period of review was April 15, 2002, through September 30, 2003 and it covered one Brazilian producer of the subject merchandise, namely Companhia Sider[uacute]rgica Belgo Mineira, Belgo Mineira Participa[ccedil][atilde]o Industria e Comercio S.A. and BMP Side[uacute]rgica S.A (collectively Belgo Mineira). Margin in the preliminary results was 98.69% for Belgo Mineria. The previous dumping duty deposit rate was 94.73%. After analyzing the comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided not to make any changes. Accordingly, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
