Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from two countries
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on June 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Germany and Italy. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent parties, DOC determined to conduct expedited sunset review (120-day) for the duties on subject product imported from Germany and Italy. As a final result of this review, DOC determined that revocation of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel and strip in coils imported from Germany and Italy is likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping at the levels listed below:Country/exporter Margin Germany TKN...........................................13.48% All others....................................13.48% Italy ThyssenKrupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.A........11.23% All others....................................11.23%
