Final results announced in review of US/Russian plate suspension agreement

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Monday the final results of its administrative review of the suspension agreement with Russia covering Joint Stock Company Severstal regarding cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Russia.  The period of review is calendar year 2012. 
 
The DOC determined that Severstal "has adhered to the terms of the Agreement" and that "the Agreement is functioning as intended."
