In November this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the European Union (EU) increased by 17.8 percent year on year to 179,930 units, rising for the eleventh consecutive month on year-on-year basis, according to the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA).
In November this year, growth was sustained across all commercial vehicle segments. Spain (+52.2%) and Italy (+28.4%) confirmed their positive momentum by displaying substantial rises, followed by Germany (+14.9%), the UK (14.3%) and France (+5.6%).
In the first eleven months of this year, new commercial vehicle registrations in the EU totaled 1,887,274 units, up 12.2 percent on year-on-year basis. Spain (+37.9 percent), the UK (+16.4 percent), Italy (+11.9%), Germany (+3.9 percent) and France (+2.4 percent) recorded increases, all year on year.
